I’m Alana and I set up Alana’s Kitchen after years of trying to find hummus that my children would actually eat!
Before children I spent many years working in kitchens all around the world, travelling to many places and along the way I was constantly gaining more and more passion to explore lots of different cuisines.
My experiences of different destinations and their native cuisines has massively inspired what Alana’s Kitchen has become today.
I pride myself on creating an environmentally aware, ethical business, using locally sourced fair-trade and organic (where possible) ingredients.
